Does NOE Jewelry Offer a Warranty?

At NOE Jewelry, we take pride in crafting high-quality, timeless jewelry designed to last. We stand behind our craftsmanship, which is why we offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects or issues that arise due to the workmanship of our pieces.

What’s Covered?

Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. If your jewelry experiences an issue related to these factors, we will provide a replacement if the item is in stock. If the exact piece is unavailable due to discontinuation or inventory limitations, we will issue a store credit equal to the original purchase price.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Lost or stolen items.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones.
  • Damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force.
  • Alterations or repairs made by a third party outside of NOE.

Using an unauthorized repair service or modifying your piece after purchase will void the warranty.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item qualifies under our warranty, you will need to send the impacted product to us for a quality review and testing. Once approved:

  • If the item is available, we will provide a replacement of the same design.
  • If the item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for its original value.

Returns & Refunds

At NOE Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, including boxes and pouches, must be included.
  • Complete sets must be returned together; individual pieces from a set cannot be returned separately.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized, engraved, or monogrammed items.
  • Final sale items and gift cards.
  • Jewelry that has been altered or modified after purchase.

Shipping & Refunds

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Any applicable return fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on eligibility.

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

Once an order is placed, our team begins processing it immediately to ensure fast dispatch. Because of this, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after purchase.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate changes before the order is shipped.

Exchange Policy

We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers. To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the same criteria as outlined in our Return Policy.

How to Exchange an Item

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt).
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.

How to Process an Exchange

Customers must send the item back to us. If the item meets the exchange criteria, we will replace it with a new one of the same design.
