NOE Jewelry Return Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed between November 1 and December 31, 2024 can be returned until January 31, 2025.
Return Guidelines
- Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original packaging.
- Returns must include the original box, pouch, and tags.
- Complete sets must be returned together; individual items from a set cannot be returned separately.
- Returns must be sent from the same country where the order was placed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or engraved jewelry
- Gift cards and final sale items
- Jewelry that has been altered or repaired by a third party

Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable. Any applicable return fees will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange Policy
We offer 30-day exchanges for all customers. To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the same criteria as outlined in our Return Policy.
How to Exchange an Item
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt).
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
How to Process an Exchange
Customers must send the item back to us. If the item meets the exchange criteria, we will replace it with a new one of the same design.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Returns are typically processed within 7 business days from the time we receive your package. Once your return has been reviewed and approved, we will send a confirmation email, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
